Caboodles now. A person is the kind of entity that has the moral right to make its own life-choices, to live its life without (unprovoked) interference from others. We can text, email, Facetime, Message or Snapchat. Effective communications occur first and most importantly when one person, the person that receives communication from another, listens actively (Trenhom, 1995). There are also some obvious practical problems. A confrontation is the direct expression of one's view (thoughts and feelings) of the conflict situation and an invitation for the other party to express her or his views of the conflict. Everybody else is the observer, but if the group has only three people, all share the observer role.
